Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), INNOVA s.r.l. provides the following information on the processing of personal data collected through the forms on the website www.innovarobotics.it.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

  • "Contact" form: first name, last name, company name, industry, phone number, email and the content of your request; optionally, job title, VAT number, website, country and city of the plant, type of production, technologies of interest, project timeline, how you heard about us and any attached files (PDF documents or images).
  • "Careers" form: first and last name, email, phone number, position of interest, introduction, any CV in PDF format and any other information voluntarily provided by the applicant.
  • Technical data: IP address and date and time of submission, used solely for website security and spam prevention.

Please do not enter special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR), such as health data, in the forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your contact request and, if requested, preparing a quotation: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Managing the business relationship in the internal management system: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Assessing speculative job applications: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring website security and preventing abuse: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to follow up on your request; without it, we will not be able to reply to you.

4. Processing methods and retention periods

Data are processed using electronic tools, by authorised personnel and with appropriate security measures. They are retained as follows:

  • contact requests: 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established;
  • job applications: 24 months from receipt;
  • irrelevant requests or spam: deleted within 90 days.

5. Recipients

The data are accessible to authorised internal staff (sales, technical and administrative departments and, for job applications, staff responsible for recruitment) and to the provider of the website hosting and email services, Aruba S.p.A., appointed as data processor. The data are not disclosed to the public or transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@innova-srl.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This website does not use profiling cookies or any third-party analytics or tracking tools.
