Quality policy

This is a translation provided for convenience: the Italian text of the quality policy is the authoritative version. Politica della qualità (italiano)

The basic principle on which our Quality policy rests is:

“the utmost satisfaction of customers and interested parties, respecting each other's expectations and needs, achieved through the high quality of the products and services offered”

through the systematic implementation of a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of pursuing the continual improvement of our products and our service.

This therefore means that:

We must continually improve by designing and building innovative products in compliance with the applicable mandatory standards. Our ability to improve continually will be measured not only by verifying that the objectives set in the process policies have been achieved, but also by assessing the cost-benefit ratio, whose value will be set by Management in the quality system review, taking into account market conditions and customer expectations.

Customers and interested parties must always be held in the highest regard, and we must all work by focusing on meeting each other's requests and interpreting each other's needs, so that they can be translated into products and services that increasingly meet everyone's expectations.

Our ability to work towards customer satisfaction may be measured by the number of complaints, their costs, delays in fulfilling contractual requests, etc., as well as by verifying that the objectives set in the process policies have been achieved. Management will quantify the value of these indicators during the quality system review so that they are relevant, appropriate and commensurate with market conditions and customer expectations.

Quality is everyone's personal responsibility and commitment; it is therefore the specific duty of process owners and of every employee to work so as to lay the foundations for the objectives set out in this document, those relating to the processes and those defined periodically in the management review, to be systematically achieved. To this end, compliance with the quality system procedures is of fundamental importance, and their level of application will be measured with DEFINED PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. Management will set the value of these indicators during the quality system review and may, on that occasion, decide to identify (and quantify) further indicators.

Management formally undertakes to carry out a systematic and documented review of the quality system to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness in meeting the requirements of the reference standard, the objectives expressed in the company quality policy, those defined in the process policies and those defined from time to time at the review itself. The review is the institutional occasion on which the measurement criteria for each identified indicator will be established, and the necessary resources and the most appropriate means will be made available to allow the Process Owners involved to work towards achieving the identified objectives.

Management is aware that the contribution of every employee is essential to achieving the company's objectives and, to this end, has assigned specific tasks and responsibilities. Management undertakes to invest in education and training, so as to create the best conditions for every employee to carry out their work autonomously and to be aware of how much their work contributes to, and matters for, achieving the quality objectives.
